The Commercial Hotel Kaniva is the landmark hotel on the Adelaide to Melbourne road, I owned and managed this hotel for five years.
Christopher Overton and the Bartley team first started assisting me when I owed the Tollgate Motel, just up the road from their office and continued to support me in the purchase, revamp and running of the Commercial Hotel Kaniva. They worked with me on the paperwork/finance side of the purchase of the new hotel, then ongoing employee management, payroll, cash flow projections and budgeting for the hotel.
